Makgeolli Brewing with Roots in The USA

I fell in love with makgeolli on my first trip to Korea, and was determined to make my own when we couldn't find it stateside. Years later I am still brewing, documenting, and learning about this beautiful Korean tradition.

I have been featured in Food Republic for makgeolli home brew, and interviewed by Makgeolli Mamas and Papas Korea (MMPK). I continue to grow my experience and network with wonderful people who crave this mystical concoction.
